We offer a refund or exchange within the first 1 day from the date of your purchase. If 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

1 Return & Exchange Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return or exchange request must be raised within 1 day of your purchase.
  • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must have its original packaging intact.
  • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2 Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order with supporting photos or a description of the issue.

3 Exempted Categories

Certain categories of products are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

4 Return & Inspection Process

Once your return or exchange request is accepted and the returned item is received by us:

  1. We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned or exchanged product.
  2. The item will undergo a quality check at our end.
  3. If the item passes the quality check and the return or exchange is approved, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
  4. You will be notified of the outcome via email and app notification.
